The National Museum* of Ethiopia (1hr. Sightseeing)

Where you will visit the fossil remains of our ancient ancestor Lucy (Dinkinesh) dating back to 3.5million years.

Unity Park* (Grand Palace): 

Duration: 2 hrs of Sightseeing

It is found inside the Grand Palace compound. The attraction provides you with the chance of experiencing the personal collection of the 19th and 20th centuries Ethiopian Leaders as well as that of the royal family members. Unity Park offers to the visitor the highlights of Ethiopian past political, social, and economic history. You have also the chance to see the endemic Abyssinian black mane lion. The renovated compound incorporates several sights of interest to visitors, including an arena, a playground, a zoo three churches, House of Royals, and an imperial banquet hall Throne Hall. You will also get to experience Ethiopian traditional cuisines and the famous aromatic Ethiopian coffee with your lunch.

Note: Unity Park and National Museum is closed every Monday.

Entoto Park: The capital of Ethiopia before Addis Ababa, here you will have panoramic views of the city with fresh air from the eucalyptus forest and relax by engaging in various activities in recently opened park.

Note: Additional activities namely, Archery:  Paintball: Wall climbing, Zip line Riding, Rope course, Pedal cart, Trampoline, Horse Riding, Go Kart riding are available.

One of the must-visit attractions in the city, the National Palace, was opened for visitors to explore and admire. The National Palace, also known as the Jubilee Palace, is a historical building located in the heart of Addis Ababa. It was built in the 1950s to mark the Silver Jubilee of Emperor Haile Selassie. The palace served as the official residence of the emperor. The National Palace holds great cultural and historical significance for the people of Ethiopia. It is a symbol of the countryโ€™s rich heritage and royal history.

During a visit, guests will have the opportunity to explore the various rooms and halls that make up this magnificent building. The Palace is adorned with beautiful artwork, elegant furniture, and intricate decorations that will transport you back in time to the days of the Ethiopian monarchy. One of the highlights of the visit is the chance to see the grand throne room, where Emperor Haile Selassie held court and received dignitaries from around the world. You will also be able to visit the various galleries and museums within the palace, which showcase the history and culture of Ethiopia.

Regular Ticket: Grants access to visit the National Palaceโ€™s attractions, including the green area, cafรฉ and restaurant, indigenous plant section, and car collection.

Special Ticket: Includes all areas covered by the regular ticket plus access to exclusive exhibits, such as royal relics, decorations, costumes, and additional historical artifacts
